so sad that I laughed! haha. i like the fact that the video is not just about a problem, but proposed solutions as well. We have a PM in our company who seems to understand risks and can handle the project on the high level - the only problem is that he doesn’t understand the projects at all at the lower level: details, tasks, actual requirements (not plans) and often communicate the wrong thing to developers. Part of my time is wasted just by chasing after these and giving the correct details to the developers before the developers start making changes.
